SUPPLY

RATIONS - Keep a good stocked up supply of food/drink [RATIONS] with you. You consume rations each day you travel the wasteland. Consuming rations will naturally recover lost HEALTH. You will each day take damage to HEALTH if you choose to travel with no rations available [STARVATION/DEHYDRATION].

STRANGERS - You may run into strangers when exploring the waste, they can both have good or bad attentions; with a silver tongue you'll improve the outcome of these encounters.

MONSTERS - Most encounters in the wasteland are just trying to survive. There are numerous of different animals, bugs, monsters, freaks and machines that will try to kill and eat you. Becoming familiar with some of them will help you understand their weakness and strength, which will improve your chances to take wise actions.

ADVICE

BUNKER - The deeper your travel into the wasteland from the Bunker, the harder the encounters become. We advice to SCOUT the Bunker Region until you you feel strong enough to explore the Far Wasteland.

MAP - It's a good idea to draw your own MAP, that keeps track of travel routes between civilizations, what form of currency they use, the equipment they trade, mission or skill training they offer and more. A documented MAP can help you avoid disorientation when traveling and exploring the wasteland.

WEATHER - Different weather conditions may extend the days of travel between civilizations. Sometimes it's better to wait for better weather to shorten your traveling distance, or travel another shorter route.

COMBAT TACTICS

Should I fight or should I run.. if I run there will be trouble.. if I fight it will be double..

SWAP OUT WEAPON - Some weapons are less efficient against certain encounters. It's a good idea to swap out a weapon during combat engagement if it can increase combat efficiency.

THROW GRENADE - Hand Grenades are a life saver. You can't get hit by enemies when throwing grenades and they inflict decent amount of damage.

RUN AWAY - You don't need to win every combat encounter you engage. The one who runs away, will live to see another day. Your survival chances increase, if you can determine when to give up on a fight and attempt to run away.

TRACK DOWN - Some enemies may run away from combat, but there is a chance to TRACK DOWN the enemy and pursue the fight.
